After you log on, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry into the sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on 9/15/08. Limit one entry per email address per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of time of entry. Employees of Kimberly-Clark, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. 3. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 9/22/08 from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on 9/15/08. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (1) Grand Prize – A 3-day/2-night trip for two from 10/31–11/2/08 to attend sponsor-specified race in Fort Worth, TX. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home, two night hotel accommodations (double occupancy), rental car in destination city, race tickets and the opportunity to meet celebrity chef Mario Batali (Approximate Retail Value: $3,500). Rental car is subject to additional restrictions set forth by car rental contract. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. The actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner's point of departure/return. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. In the event the specified race is cancelled or postponed for any reason, sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof but the remainder of the trip will be awarded. Meeting of Mario Batali is subject to availability and at discretion of Sponsor. There is no monetary value associated with meet-and-greet portion of the prize. 5. GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 7 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected, if time permits. Winners will be notified by mail. Traveling companion (or parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is a minor) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 7 days of winner's attempted notification. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of acceptance or use of prize.
